It gets so quiet here. Between missions and drafts, there's just nothing. That's the one thing I hate about this place. It gets too quiet.

Action:

[For most of the evening, Clove will be at her camp. She's turned up a little game to cook, and she's ignoring the cold as best she can. She considers, as she starts to really feel the nipping of winter, knocking on Katniss's door. She could probably sleep there to escape the cold and not go back to the apartment.

She's not sure she's ready to go back and face Cato yet.]

Depends on the person, how good you want to stay, and if you're learning new stuff.

I train at least a little every day.

.. Now I know why bullies are scary. That sounds really, really scary, after all.. I really don't want to deal with bullies now.

You should teach yourself to deal with them. Otherwise? Perfect victim.

So I need to get some techniques to fend bullies off? Usually telling them I'm strong doesn't help much.. [ Probably since you shake and cry while you do that, Kotomi. ]

Then either find people to protect you or get used to being bullied.

I don't think the last one sounds very good.. But.. is it really okay to just let someone else fight the bullies for me?

As long as the bullies never catch you away from that person.

So I should stay as close to him as possible. I get it.

Or learn to actually defend yourself. But, hey. Other people here don't like to be self-sufficient, why should you?
