Looks like we're a pretty big drain on this community.

[She's wary as she writes it. Most of the people who'll see this, she hopes, are from the same Luceti she is. But there's no guarantee.]

So I'm organizing a hunting party.

Anyone who doesn't know how to hunt and wants to learn? Meet me at six in the morning by the stable.

Those of us who do know how to hunt will pair you up with a buddy. We'll leave at six-thirty sharp.

Hunting'll be Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Fishing'll be Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.

[If there's one thing she learned in Luceti -- learned from Katniss -- it's how important these skills are.]

If we're going to strain these folks' resources? Least we can do is try to help.

Funny how you're one of the two who hasn't complained about that. And probably one of the two most competent.

It's never unwise to exercise caution, especially in dire times such as these. Though I'm not too surprised that the number of people who haven't complained is so low, unfortunately. [There are always those who are too confident in their own abilities, after all.] I suppose I should thank you for believing me to be competent, however.

You talked about having experience. That's a plus.

I've been hunting the forests for two years, so I know not too many people around here actually hunt. So, it's good to hear some other people have some practice.

Indeed. It's a good asset to have, as you never know when you'll be thrown into a situation where it becomes necessary.

[And he had been thrown into said situations back home. Many, many times. Sometimes there just wasn't even gald to buy the food necessary to cook, and battling monsters for the sake of food had been too much of a risk. Knowing how to hunt and fish was essential--he learned that back when he was traveling with his original companions all those years ago.]

However, while I possess the ability in general, I cannot claim to have much experience with doing so in these forests.

The forests here tend to be pretty abundant, from what I've noticed. Game to spare.

Only weird thing is, well. The animals talk. So if it bothers you hearing something like that plead for its life, it might be kind of hard here.

Rest assured, I should have very little difficulty.

[After all, he's no stranger to having people beg for their life. It's happened many times before. It's never truly stopped bothering him, but it's what needs to be done and he's perfectly capable of pushing through his discomfort for what needs to be done.]
