Because there will be times when neither of you have slept more than two hours at a time and one of you is covered in spit up and the baby is still crying and you can't figure out why. A lot of it just comes down to feel. I never felt like the get married, settle down, raise a bunch of kids sort. But with my wife it just felt so right. Like we really did have a future together.
